We seek a program manager who possesses both technical and analytical skills, with a strong enthusiasm for fostering exceptional technology designs in collaboration with both local and remote teams.
As a Technical Program Manager II – Azure Core Trusted Platform, you will embody a mindset of continuous improvement, a proactive attitude, and a wealth of positive energy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with various teams across Azure, providing you with opportunities for influence and growth while enjoying a multicultural environment.
- Driving programs focused on the launch of Sovereign Azure Clouds.
- Leading cross-team initiatives to address technical challenges and deliver quality solutions within established timelines.
- Defining success criteria and performance metrics (OKRs, KPIs, etc.) for your programs and consistently tracking and reporting on execution.
- Facilitating continuous improvements by validating use cases and partnering with other departments to gather performance metrics.
- Contributing to customer support and engaging directly with customers.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ years of experience working with Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP) and large distributed systems.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in coding (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
- 1+ years of experience in cloud build-out and launch.
