This role is pivotal in shaping the delivery of quality services and resources to our esteemed clients in various specialized sectors, including federal, commercial, industrial, water treatment, and airport electrical fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage field personnel, pre-plan, and coordinate tasks to ensure exceptional results aligned with project specifications.
  • Guarantee timely project completion within budget constraints while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Review project documentation, direct construction efforts, and efficiently resolve any arising issues.
  • Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Thoroughly understand project blueprints, specifications, and scheduling requirements.
  • Provide accurate daily and weekly progress reports along with schedule forecasts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of electrical experience in commercial and industrial environments.
  • Previous experience in a lead superintendent capacity on projects valued between $15M and $40M.
  • Experience managing projects across diverse industries such as automotive and manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in computer systems with a willingness to adapt to new software.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with all stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in project documentation and record management.
