Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee electrical construction projects in commercial and industrial environments from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate field labor, pre-plan activities, and ensure high-quality outcomes that align with project specifications.
  • Guarantee timely project completion while adhering to budget constraints and maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Review project documentation, direct construction efforts, and efficiently resolve any arising issues.
  • Uphold strict compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
  • Thoroughly understand project blueprints, specifications, and scheduling necessities.
  • Provide detailed daily and weekly reports along with accurate schedule forecasts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of electrical experience in commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Previous experience in a lead superintendent role on projects valued between $15M and $40M.
  • Experience managing projects across diverse industries, including automotive and manufacturing.
  • Proficient in computer systems with a willingness to adapt to new software.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in maintaining project documentation and records.
