Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee electrical construction projects in commercial and industrial environments from inception to completion.
- Coordinate field labor, pre-plan activities, and ensure high-quality outcomes that align with project specifications.
- Guarantee timely project completion while adhering to budget constraints and maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Review project documentation, direct construction efforts, and efficiently resolve any arising issues.
- Uphold strict compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
- Thoroughly understand project blueprints, specifications, and scheduling necessities.
- Provide detailed daily and weekly reports along with accurate schedule forecasts.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of electrical experience in commercial and industrial sectors.
- Previous experience in a lead superintendent role on projects valued between $15M and $40M.
- Experience managing projects across diverse industries, including automotive and manufacturing.
- Proficient in computer systems with a willingness to adapt to new software.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
- Prior experience in maintaining project documentation and records.
