Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director/Supervisor to join our facilities operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our building maintenance program, including repairs, maintenance, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Maintenance Program: Develop and implement a comprehensive building maintenance program to ensure the upkeep and repair of our facilities.
  • Repair Coordination: Coordinate and oversee all repair and maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security, fire, and elevator systems.
  • Generator Compliance: Ensure compliance with generator maintenance and scheduling requirements.
  • NFPA and Life Safety: Coordinate required service visits and ensure compliance with NFPA and facility life safety codes.
Requirements
  • Healthcare Experience: Previous experience in healthcare building operations is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: General plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills are required.
  • Tool Utilization: Knowledge of tools and equipment is essential.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with NFPA and Life Safety codes is required.
