We are a leading provider of rehabilitation and healthcare services, committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our patients. As a key member of our team, the Maintenance Director/Supervisor will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive building maintenance program, ensuring the upkeep of our facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities, including general daily repairs, HVAC, plumbing, security, fire, electrical, and elevator maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA and facility life safety codes, scheduling regular service visits and inspections.
- Manage generator maintenance and scheduling of routine maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare building operations, preferably in a similar role.
- General plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills, with knowledge of utilizing tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with NFPA and Life Safety codes, with the ability to interpret and apply them in a practical setting.
