Administrative Assistant Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to fill a 3-month contract position in Washington, DC. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable hospital and utilize your administrative expertise.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and schedule meetings efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records, including insurance policies and claims documentation.
  • Input data related to incidents, claims, and risk management activities.
  • Support various projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications, drafting reports as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Employment Details

This is a 3-month contract position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 to $22.00. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
