This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth operation of various programs within ORR.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming communications, greet visitors, handle correspondence, prepare reports, organize files, distribute mail, respond to inquiries, draft written communications, create office documents, coordinate maintenance requests, manage office supplies, maintain databases and filing systems, provide scheduling assistance, and support special projects.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner and contribute to the overall efficiency of office operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a related business discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of related administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Zoom and Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
