Administrative Coordinator

At St. Joseph's Church 0121, we are seeking an exceptional Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for assisting the Pastor and staff in the day-to-day operations of the Parish office and communication to parishioners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the Grounds/Facility Help EA to maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure phone coverage during work hours, track phone messages, answer telephone calls, and handle walk-ins
- Enter accurate data into Parish Soft and other software systems
- Collaborate with the EA/pastor to organize and run weekly staff meetings
Requirements:
- College or IT/computer training preferred
- Excellent organizational and people skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Google (Gmail, Calendar)
Estimated Salary: $46,000 - $52,000 per year
