About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Washington, D.C.

This role will provide administrative support to the Administrator and Deputy Administrator of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB).

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge of multiple applications associated with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Screens, tracks, and routes telephone calls, visitors, and incoming correspondence;
  • Makes arrangements for special or routine events like award ceremonies, tours, conferences, and meetings;
  • Distributes mail via the mail routing boxes in the mailroom and handles all inquiries regarding the official mail program;
  • Develops and maintains the Administrator and Deputy Administrator's long-range calendar;
  • Forescasts events, actions, and projects; deconflicts schedules; and, maintains oversight of routinely recurring events;
