About the Role:

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to support our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative and program analyst support, including writing, organizing, and editing high-level briefs, decision papers, and informational documents.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and oral communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Digitizing and organizing documents, inputting data into databases, and collating, transcribing, and reviewing relevant documents
  • Developing and designing document templates, supporting the development of SOPs, and revising desk guides
  • Collecting photographs, images, and other digital media for use in historical products and assisting with branch information technology needs
  • Editing written documents, fact-checking, and ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and according to expectations
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess a minimum of 24 months of experience providing intermediate to high-level administrative and program analyst support. A bachelor's degree or equivalent education is required, along with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and oral communication skills.

Salary:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
