Role Overview

We are in search of a proactive leader who possesses both technical expertise and strong managerial capabilities to ensure efficient production processes within our facility. The Plant Production Manager will play a crucial role in managing production activities while collaborating with various departments such as Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Continuous Improvement. This position will report directly to the Plant Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive leadership and training across the site
  • Manage site safety protocols and initiatives
  • Monitor and enhance site-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Oversee departmental budget and cost management
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the site
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and development

Compensation Package

CDP Solutions offers a competitive salary along with a performance-based bonus structure. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package that includes 401(k) plans, profit sharing, comprehensive medical and dental insurance, disability coverage, life insurance, educational support, and training opportunities.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000

Bonus Potential: $20,000 - $30,000

Total Compensation: $135,000 - $160,000

Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

This is a full-time position.
