The Role:
As a key leader in our production operations, you will oversee the planning, preparation, issuance, and control of production material requirements. Your role is to ensure a smooth and controlled flow of materials, perfectly timed to meet stringent production requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment, selection, and training for your team to ensure top talent is engaged and supported.
  • Oversee performance assessments, work assignments, and manage employee recognition and disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Advise senior management on the status of work in progress, material availability, and any potential production challenges, ensuring that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are aligned for operational success.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment
SAP or similar ERP knowledge

Desired Skills:
Previous Supervisor experience
Previous aerospace experience
Solumina experience a plus
Bachelors degree
Experience working in a union environment
Previous Lockheed Martin experience

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:
Non-standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
