Front Office Coordinator

As Front Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our employees, candidates, clients, partners, and other guests. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and direct employees, candidates, clients, partners, and other guests with a friendly smile
  2. Stay informed about site events, executive leadership, schedules, and external visitors
  3. Support vendors and real estate initiatives as needed
  4. Handle all deliveries entering or leaving the office
  5. Monitor and maintain office supply levels and restock supplies as necessary
  6. Lend support to real estate, facilities, and WX onsite teams when required
  7. Coordinate and assist with site events
  8. Help manage parking, passes, and validation
  9. Troubleshoot technical issues with badging, Envoy, Zoom, Coda, and Ticketing systems
  10. Arrange bookings for executive conference rooms, transportation, meals, and outings as needed
  11. Maintain a tidy and well-organized front desk reception area
Essential Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree (desired)
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to lead projects with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Flexibility and capacity to adjust to last-minute changes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

$22-$24 per hour based on experience
