Senior Account Executive

The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Mid Market sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in achieving corporate business objectives by collaborating closely with SDRs, Channel Partners, Sales Engineers, and Sales leadership.
Your primary responsibility will be to solve tangible client challenges by implementing Dialpad's Talk, Contact Center, and/or Sell solutions. You will work closely with Sales leadership and Sales Engineers to develop medium-sized business prospects into active Dialpad clients.
Key Responsibilities- Own the complete sales process from start to finish, including converting leads into workable pipeline
- Build strategic prospecting campaigns and sequencing to source your own opportunities
- Manage and close complex transactions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Own your key deal reviews, forecasts, and professional career roadmap
- 3-5 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment
- Experience in managing & closing strategic deal cycles that include multiple business units and stakeholders
- Preferred expertise in SaaS (including UCaaS and/or CCaaS)
