Plasser American Corp is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for compiling and maintaining accounts payable records, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Compile and maintain accounts payable records, including invoices, vouchers, and payment records.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Verify and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.
- Assist with monthly closings and ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 3 hours of college-level accounting or equivalent experience.
- Proficient knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
The Accounts Payable Specialist will work in a fast-paced office environment with frequent deadlines and high levels of accuracy required. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
