Sonepar is excited to expand its Expert Account Manager role within the PNP Sales Program, focusing on enhancing our partnerships with small-to-medium sized contractors. The primary objective of this program is to fortify our connections with these contractors by offering them access to Sonepar's extensive range of services designed to elevate their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the PNP Program Manager, Area Branch Counter Manager, Area Branch Managers, and Counter Sales Representatives to identify and nurture small-to-medium sized contractors who demonstrate the potential and ambition to expand their operations.
  • Establish strong relationships with these clients by actively listening to their needs, assisting them in setting achievable goals, and providing direct access to Sonepar's resources that will enhance their success.
  • Drive year-over-year (YOY) growth in Sales, Gross Margin $, and Gross Margin % generated by these clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in counter sales or a related field within the electrical products sector.
  • Strong understanding of electrical product features and benefits.
  • Genuine passion for the electrical products industry and distribution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing time independently.
  • Proficient in Eclipse and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel between branches.
