About the Role

AWS Product Marketing is seeking an experienced and self-directed program manager to develop and execute mechanisms and processes that allow the Product Marketing org to scale quickly and deliver AWS messages to business and technical audiences at our largest customer conference event each year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and manage effective processes to improve efficiency and adaptability within the product marketing organization
  • Manage cross-category reporting to provide program metrics to leadership
  • Manage collaboration with stakeholder teams
  • Develop and track success metrics
About the Team

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.

AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
