Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Sales Account Manager at LendingTree Business Loans, you will collaborate with business owners nationwide to support their financial aspirations.

Utilizing LendingTree's advanced financial technology, you will engage with warm leads directed to our Financial Sales team, providing customized lending solutions tailored to each client's specific requirements and qualifications.

We are in search of accomplished sales professionals who can swiftly connect and build trusted relationships with key decision-makers in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop relationships with small business proprietors to assess their borrowing requirements through phone and email communication.
  • Address financing objectives and aspirations through a consultative sales approach.
  • Propose and negotiate funding terms effectively.
  • Manage the complete loan process from initial client interaction to loan closure.
  • Accurately track the sales pipeline using a top-tier CRM system.
  • Generate and finalize new business opportunities at or above sales targets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Strong presence on phone calls.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales role with quota responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, particularly in Finance or Business.
  • Experience in B2B sales, Fintech, SaaS, or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated capacity to learn rapidly, be receptive to coaching, and close sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to company objectives.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is strongly preferred.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly focused.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.

Compensation: $19.95/hr plus uncapped commission.
