About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive - Ticket Sales to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new season ticket memberships and driving revenue growth through various sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ticket Sales: Sell Season Ticket Memberships through high outbound sales calls, networking contacts, and in-stadium appointments.
  • Lead Generation: Develop referrals and leads through networking, cold calling, prospecting, and other techniques.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed yearly sales goals as determined by the department manager.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, including relationship building, day-to-day operations, written correspondence, phone calls, account inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Account Management: Work with Ticket Operations to ensure all accounts are active, documented, and up-to-date on invoicing, contracts, renewals, and other administrative tasks.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative duties, including filing, answering phones, and providing support to the Ticketing Department.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least one year of ticket sales experience at the collegiate or professional level.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and all other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
