About the Role:

Tarkett is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive growth and revenue in our Charlotte territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth and revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of sales-related experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
