Salary: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at CyberCoders. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, achieving sales goals, and developing successful strategies for expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing solutions to their needs and meeting deadlines.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Analyze customer needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Sales and Marketing: Present solutions and services to current and prospective customers, identify new sales opportunities, and create strategies to pursue them.
  • Market Research: Perform in-depth market research to develop a thorough understanding of customer trends and preferences.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze and report sales data to management.
  • Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Negotiate contracts with customers and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales and account management.
  • Skills: Carrier sales experience, AT&T, Verizon, knowledge of telecom, business development, and sales, knowledge of business communications, Verizon, OSP, AT&T, Data Center, Managed Cloud Services, and MSP.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
