About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at United Rentals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
  • Equipment Sales and Rentals: Work closely with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales and rental agreements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year of sales and/or construction equipment experience, with a strong background in account management and business development.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Reliable, dependable, and professional, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
