Inventory Management Fulfillment Specialist

The Inventory Management Fulfillment Specialist is tasked with efficiently servicing and fulfilling customer inventory in accordance with departmental schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to designated client locations to execute inventory management fulfillment services.
- Conduct counting, restocking, and receiving of products at inventory-controlled sites.
- Ensure accurate inventory quantities are selected and integrated into vending solutions.
- Maintain proper labeling and communicate any necessary updates for improvement.
- Act as a reliable and professional point of contact for customers.
- Address or escalate customer concerns to appropriate team members in a timely and effective manner to foster customer loyalty.
- Document and adhere to standard operating procedures at client sites.
- Provide constructive feedback to assist in the development of new processes and enhancements.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of vending technology at customer locations, collaborating with team members to resolve issues promptly.
- Identify and relay opportunities for continuous improvement to management.
- Comply with confidentiality agreements and safety protocols as required.
- Engage in the rollout of new initiatives.
- Exhibit sound judgment and business acumen when addressing challenges - independent problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential.
- Train and demonstrate inventory solutions to clients on-site.
- Implement preventive maintenance procedures for vending equipment.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Background in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Employees must frequently lift and/or move up to 56 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds, and infrequently push/pull weights exceeding 115 pounds. Specific vision capabilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

While fulfilling the duties of this position, the employee may be exposed to moving machinery, dust, ladders, hazardous materials, and a slight risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate, and the working surface is concrete.
