Key Responsibilities
  • Product Handling: Ensure all picked product is accurate and undamaged, and that all packed product is properly secured and labeled.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve performance metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to lift 50lbs or more, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain accurate records.

Work Environment
