PacMoore is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As a Cycle Counter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our inventory accuracy and ensuring a high level of precision in both raw and finished materials inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Cycle Counting and Inventory Accuracy: Conduct regular and accurate cycle counts for PacMoore and accommodate requests from customers.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift as needed for inventory management.
- Work Order Requests: Complete warehouse work order count requests from the office team efficiently.
- Inventory Research: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in physical inventory quantities and movements.
- Reporting: Prepare and report monthly cycle count results to CAMs, the Office Manager, and the Warehouse Manager.
- Perpetual Inventory: Plan and assist with the monthly Perpetual Inventory process.
- Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in inventory management.
- Skills: Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in manufacturing inventory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to the Traverse system.
Working Conditions
- Schedule: Primary hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
- Physical Demands: The role involves 60-70% of the time standing and walking for inventory counting and reviewing.
- Environment: Exposure to potential allergens, including food allergens and dust, within the warehouse setting.
