Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Free Will Management. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the front desk, including responding to inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist the property managers, leasing agent, and director of operations with administrative tasks and projects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
  • Utilize computer software to automate administrative tasks and streamline office operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Calendar, and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with administrative and customer support roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to commute to Buffalo, NY.
