Administrative Assistant Opportunity at AG Adriano Goldschmied

AG Adriano Goldschmied, a leading premium denim market leader in Los Angeles, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President of Operations and General Counsel. This is a unique opportunity to gain insight into the apparel industry and work in a collaborative and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President and General Counsel, including email management, calendar organization, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Represent the Vice President and the company in meetings, video conferences, and phone calls as needed.
  • Manage the work calendar for the Vice President, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate corporate travel, job postings, and conduct resume reviews and interviews.
  • Assist with special projects as needed and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Effective and clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and other productivity software.
