Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Recruitment Professional to join our team at K&R Staffing HR Consulting LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and talent acquisition through effective sales and recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote staffing and human resource services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct needs analysis and cost-benefit assessments to meet customer requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and other sales initiatives.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and sales performance to inform business decisions.
  • Recruitment Responsibilities:
  • Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborate with department managers to compile job requirements and specifications.
  • Source and attract suitable candidates through various channels, including databases and social media.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to select the best candidates for open positions.
  • Complete paperwork and administrative tasks related to new hires.
  • Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Stay up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and ensure compliance within the company.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative and/or Recruiter.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM practices.
  • Familiarity with business development and recruitment strategies.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
