Job Title: Client Service Associate

At Raymond James Financial Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Financial Advisors and their clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors and their clients, including scheduling meetings, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist Financial Advisors with marketing efforts, including seminars and client-facing events.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) or more years securities industry or related work experience preferred.
  • OR equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.
