Client Support Specialist

As a Customer Service Adviser, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively, demonstrating flexibility as needed.
- Manage incoming communications from customers via various channels, including phone, email, and web chat.
- Initiate outbound communications to resolve customer inquiries when necessary.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs through effective questioning and providing tailored services.
- Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring data is updated and cleansed after each interaction.
- Process customer correspondence and take appropriate actions.
Qualifications:
- A customer-centric mindset.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Proficient in computer systems and quick to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to excel in challenging situations and remain composed under pressure.
- Strong listening and questioning abilities.
- Self-driven and organized, demonstrating initiative and creativity.
- Experience in contact centers and familiarity with billing and CRM systems.
