Customer Service Associate

Position Overview:

Join us as a Customer Service Associate. This is a full-time, phone-based position, and prior experience in finance is not a requirement for success in this role.

Training and Work Schedule:

Our training program spans eight to nine weeks, during which you will receive comprehensive paid training. Post-training, you will be expected to work an 8-hour shift, typically scheduled between noon and 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Regular attendance at our facilities is an essential aspect of our company culture, so please consider your commute when applying.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport and demonstrate empathy with customers, ensuring they feel valued.
  • Assist customers professionally while adhering to measurable business objectives.
  • Utilize internal resources effectively to provide accurate solutions to client inquiries.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills, demonstrating perseverance in resolving issues and processing transactions accurately.
  • Clearly define problems and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Take initiative to acquire the knowledge needed to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Represent the company’s values and voice to our customers.
  • Contribute your ideas to our continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

A degree or equivalent experience in customer service is advantageous. If you do not possess a degree but are interested in pursuing one, we offer tuition reimbursement programs to support your educational goals.
