Position Overview

As a vital member of our team, the Customer Service Representative will deliver essential support to individuals navigating complex healthcare systems. This role is focused on providing compassionate assistance to some of the most at-risk populations in our society.

Location and Compensation

Position based in El Paso, TX. The hourly wage starts at $17.20, with opportunities for bonuses exceeding $1800. Additionally, a 10% shift differential is available for evening hours worked between 7 PM and 5 AM.

Work Schedule

We offer both regular and limited-service full-time schedules, all requiring on-site presence. Night shifts are particularly encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative will:
  • Assist customers with basic inquiries and issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and web chat.
  • Utilize computerized systems for tracking and information gathering.
  • Provide feedback on call trends and processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Respond to inquiries by directing customers to appropriate resources.
  • Maintain knowledge of client regulations and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Fluency in English, with strong communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to teamwork.

Attendance and Training Requirements

Regular attendance is crucial for this position. Candidates must complete internal training programs to fulfill role requirements.
