Customer Support / Client Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support/Client Care Specialist to enhance our customer service operations. The primary role of this position is to engage with clients, providing them with essential information regarding our offerings and addressing any concerns they may have. A typical specialist will assess client issues, propose viable solutions, and ensure follow-up as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from clients to process orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot issues, and deliver non-technical information.
  • Address customer inquiries, supply product and service details, and manage orders, forms, and applications.
  • May initiate outbound service calls to prospective clients.
  • Utilize automated systems to initiate and finalize service requests and manage customer inquiries.
  • Conduct research using available resources to find necessary information.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues and complaints as needed.
  • Follow up on customer calls when required.
  • Maintain call logs and generate call reports.
  • May work across multiple queues/skill sets through various customer contact channels.
  • May assist in onboarding and training new staff members.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in accurately documenting and recording customer information.
  • Familiarity with computer applications, including MS Outlook and data entry software.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.
