Customer Support / Client Care Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support/Client Care Specialist to enhance our service delivery. The primary role of this position is to engage with clients, providing them with essential information regarding our offerings and addressing any concerns they may have. A typical client care specialist is tasked with identifying client issues, proposing viable solutions, and ensuring follow-up as necessary. The selected individual will initially undergo training onsite before transitioning to a remote work setup after a brief acclimatization period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming client calls to process orders, answer questions, resolve complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide non-technical information.
- Address client inquiries, supply product and service details, and manage order processing.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients as needed.
- Utilize automated systems to initiate and finalize service requests and address client needs.
- Research necessary information using available resources and escalate priority issues when required.
- Follow up on client calls as necessary.
- Maintain call logs and generate reports on call activity.
- May work across various queues and skill sets across different client contact channels.
- Assist in training new team members.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in accurately documenting and recording client information.
- Familiarity with computer applications, including data entry software.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
