At JOOR, we're revolutionizing the way brands and retailers work together. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and adoption of our digital wholesale management platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic relationships with customers to ensure alignment with their business goals and objectives
- Oversee customer adoption and training to drive incremental value and return on investment
- Assess customer requirements and corporate structure to inform JOOR's roll-out and adoption strategy
- Foster a culture of urgency, professionalism, and execution to establish exceptional customer service performance
- Advocate for client feature requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project forward
- Drive increased engagement for new and existing customers
- Strategize to increase renewal rates and minimize churn
- Expand revenue in accounts through cross-sell and upsell
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores
- Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference ability
