  • Assess customer requirements and corporate structure to inform JOOR's roll-out and adoption strategy
  • Foster a culture of urgency, professionalism, and execution to establish exceptional customer service performance
  • Advocate for client feature requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project forward
  • Drive increased engagement for new and existing customers
  • Strategize to increase renewal rates and minimize churn
  • Expand revenue in accounts through cross-sell and upsell
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores
  • Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference ability
