Vendelux Inc is a Series A SaaS company that helps companies discover the best events. We are looking for a talented Customer Success Associate to join our growing team.

About the Role

The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process, providing support to our customers, and reducing churn. You will also analyze customer insights from Vendelux data and be the voice of the customer with sales and product.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process and provide support to our customers
  • Reduce churn and help our customer base get to Net Revenue Retention
  • Develop internal processes and bring CSM best practices to our team
  • Analyze customer insights from Vendelux data
  • Be the voice of the customer with sales and product
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a Customer Success role
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-growth SaaS company
  • Great team member who contributes to our culture and our business
  • Takes ownership and demands excellence from themselves and others
  • Likes a fast-paced environment and is a quick learner
  • Results-driven and can prioritize activities with the greatest impact
  • Proven track record of overcoming challenges and showing progress
  • Upsell abilities are a bonus but not required
