Our Founders

Our story is rooted in personal experiences that drive our mission. Ben Cohen, our Co-founder and CTO, was inspired by his challenges in navigating cumbersome government processes while assisting his father in the construction industry. His vision is to create streamlined solutions for those who rely on efficient permit processing. With a strong background in software engineering from industry giants like Uber and Amazon, Ben is committed to enhancing government technology.

Troy LeCaire, Co-founder and CEO, brings invaluable experience from his role at RippleMatch, where he played a key part in scaling the company. His passion for leveraging technology to improve government services stems from his work with U.S. senators, and he holds a degree in Government from Cornell.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about our mission to assist in the onboarding of new GovWell clients and ensure their sustained success. This role will report directly to the CEO and work collaboratively with our existing Customer Success Managers.

Work Environment

Our team operates in a hybrid model, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. While we have a strong presence in New York City, we welcome exceptional candidates from other locations.

Key Responsibilities
