About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our QSR vertical, you will play a critical role in connecting our sophisticated software with client success.

Your primary responsibility will be to distill complex data into actionable insights, working closely with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to deliver tactical business initiatives. You will be responsible for assisting in client project management, performing operational tasks, and helping manage delivery of services between clients and Dynamic Yield.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in client project management, including deliverable definitions, deployment timelines, status communications, and issue resolution
  • Performing operational tasks such as campaign setup, meeting preparation, and follow-up with clients
  • Helping manage delivery of services between clients and Dynamic Yield to power live A/B tests and experiences
  • Supporting Customer Success Managers in analyzing business trends and strategic planning of business initiatives
  • Partnering with Dynamic Yield's data analysts, engineering, and product development teams to produce business value and coordinate tasks
  • Communicating project status and issues internally across multiple organizational levels
  • Owning outcomes, including risk management and mitigation, and client value realization

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, customer success, technical account management, and/or project management. You should possess strong project management skills, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation skills, are also essential. Experience with ecommerce technology, knowledge of BI tools, and data analysis skills are a plus.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the following qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of work experience in eCommerce, customer success, technical account management, and/or project management
  • Strong project management skills and analytical ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation skills
  • Experience with ecommerce technology, knowledge of BI tools, and data analysis skills are a plus
