About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized account plans to drive client adoption, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Support, and Product, to drive client success and growth.
  • Monitor and analyze client health, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and deliver regular business reviews, ensuring clients are aware of the value they receive from our solution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our clients remain competitive.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, with a proven track record of driving client growth and retention.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
  • Experience working with mid-market to enterprise-level clients, with a strong understanding of their business needs and challenges.
