Job Description

L. S. Caldwell & Associates, Inc. (LSC), is a full-service Employment and Contracting Compliance/Business Development firm seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Administrator Assistant to provide administrative and business development support to the Maryland MBDA Business Center (MBC) and other projects managed by LSC.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree and three to five years of proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Outlook, is required.

Responsibilities include providing answering service for the Maryland Business Center office phone, evaluating callers' service needs, updating event calendars on the website and social media platforms, and initiating and maintaining monthly campaigns.

The Project Administrator Assistant will also be responsible for creating and circulating Center email campaigns, determining which MBEs should receive specific procurement and contract opportunities, and disseminating them accordingly.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will collect and format MBE Success Stories, identify, create, and maintain external resource lists, and contact current and new Center clients to collect updated and new Client Engagement, Intake, and Self-Certification Forms.

The estimated salary for this role is between $57,000.00 and $67,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
