Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative I:

  • Coordinate and schedule permanent and temporary services for commercial clients.
  • Investigate and resolve service-related issues.
  • Manage scheduling with vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies with vendors.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $20.00.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to every client through telephone and email communication.
  • Manage service requests efficiently.
  • Maintain precise and detailed records.
  • Engage with clients and vendors in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure established service levels are met and maintained.
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn and grow in a professional capacity.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service is essential; experience in the waste management sector is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; must be organized and adaptable.
  • Strong follow-up skills are crucial.
  • Proficiency in PC usage, including database management, email, and internet-based systems.
  • An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
