Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Care: Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of care professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support.
  • Client Relationships: Manage client relationships and ensure that our clients are satisfied with the care and support they receive.
  • Operations Management: Work closely with our operations team to ensure that our care services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that our care services meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a senior care or healthcare management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality care services and leading a team of care professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and safe vehicle.

RetireEASE Senior Services is a locally owned and operated in-home care agency that has served seniors in the Midlands area for over 22 years. We provide excellent non-medical in-home care to our clients, and services are available from 4-24 hours a day, seven days a week.
