Job Title: Clinical Director

At Carolina Therapeutic Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our team. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for championing the culture of clinical excellence and developing standardized clinical processes within the agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the development of clinical philosophy and practice standards across essential disciplines.
  • Lead all clinical initiatives within the agency, including the integration and alignment of care across service lines.
  • Manage a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Coach employees on assigned areas of responsibility and maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment.
  • Ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures and implement progressive discipline up to and including termination of assigned employees.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with a Master's degree in a human service field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in supervision with populations being serviced.
  • Three to five years of progressively responsible non-profit program management experience and staff supervision, including expertise transforming clinical staff into a highly functional team.
  • Proven experience understanding and demonstrated ability to generate revenues for clinical services, including experience with Medicaid and other types of client billings.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to the culture of a multi-cultural, community-based organization.
  • Commitment to maintain confidentiality and understanding of the Agency's mission and culture.

Salary: $75,000. - $85,000.
