Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement patient care services within Ambulatory Care Services, ensuring high-quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with nursing leaders and other departments to promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Lead the development and implementation of quality and safety initiatives, promoting a work environment where employees are empowered to collaborate, negotiate, and participate in successfully performing work activities, problem-solving, and service improvement.
- Actively participate in departmental and hospital-wide activities through membership on committees and special teams, supporting and promoting organizational initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with nursing leaders throughout the organization, working effectively with Health System nursing leadership.
- Masters in Nursing or Bachelors in Nursing with a Masters in Business Administration/Management or Health Administration is required.
- Basic Life Support certification is required upon hire.
- Registered Nurse - Georgia or Compact license is required.
- Minimum 8 years experience in nursing is required, with a minimum of 4 years in a nursing leadership position.
