Project Office Specialist
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Contract Duration: 12+ Months
As a Project Office Specialist, you will work in close collaboration with the Head of the Project Office to establish and refine the new Global CTSU Project Office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and improving global CTSU project plan templates in Planisware.
- Acting as a CTSU Key-user to ensure the accuracy of project plans for various clinical trials.
- Generating reports to support global CTSU management and medical budgeting, leveraging your expertise in clinical supply chain management.
- Assisting in daily operations and trial management for clinical trials supplied by CTSU, utilizing your knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key Skills Required:
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems.
- Experience with SAP software and Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams.
- Strong understanding of GMP and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations within the pharmaceutical industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
