Project Office Specialist

Location: Hybrid

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

As a Project Office Specialist, you will work in close collaboration with the Head of the Project Office to develop and improve the newly established Global CTSU Project Office. Your responsibilities will include the maintenance and enhancement of global CTSU project plan templates within Planisware, serving as a key user to ensure the accuracy of project plans for various clinical trials, and generating reports to aid in global CTSU management and medical budgeting, leveraging your expertise in clinical supply chain management.

In addition, you will assist in the daily operations and management of clinical trials supplied by CTSU, applying your knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems
  • Experience with SAP software and proficiency in MS Office, including MS Teams
  • Strong understanding of GMP and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations within the pharmaceutical industry

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's Degree is required.

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
