Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities, providing administrative support to our clinical staff, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our clinical staff, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date files.
  • Patient Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and visitors, providing a welcoming and supportive experience.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to voicemails, and greeting patients and visitors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, including data entry, scanning, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Word.
  • Qualifications: Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
