Key Responsibilities

• Assess customer systems and procedures to facilitate the effective installation of equipment.

• Offer support for NRT Technology equipment and services through various communication channels.

• Engage with all levels of management and departments, both internally and externally.

• Conduct both on-site and remote training sessions covering technical and sales aspects of our products and services.

• Maintain a professional representation of NRT Technology's image and brand in all interactions with customers and partners.

• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%.

Qualifications and Skills

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution, or relevant work experience.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in troubleshooting PC hardware, software, and networks.

• Proficient in Windows operating systems (PC and Server) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Exceptional customer service skills and a consistently professional demeanor.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective time management abilities.

• Capability to work independently and communicate efficiently with all levels of professional staff.

• Previous experience in the casino industry or product development for gaming is advantageous.

• Candidates with A+ and other recognized certifications will be given preference.

Additional Requirements

• The selected candidate may need to obtain licensing from Gaming Regulatory Commissions, and criminal and financial background checks will be conducted with consent.
