- Inform members and guests about upcoming events and activities.
- Uphold a welcoming atmosphere that encourages member engagement.
- Address member requests promptly or escalate to management as necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Promote and sell retail merchandise.
- Coordinate member services such as tanning and hydro-massage.
- Process payments for member services in line with company policies.
- Stay informed about club facilities, services, and schedules.
- Keep the workspace tidy and organized.
- Assist with various projects as assigned by management.
- Adhere to all guidelines outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
- Possess or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification.
- Previous experience working with children is preferred.
- Certifications as required by local or state regulations.
- Occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
- Frequent standing, bending, and squatting.
- Ability to climb and hang decorations as needed.
