Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome all members and guests, fostering a friendly environment.
  • Process member and guest check-ins following established protocols.
  • Manage communication through club software during member check-in.
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Inform members and guests about upcoming events and activities.
  • Uphold a welcoming atmosphere that encourages member engagement.
  • Address member requests promptly or escalate to management as necessary.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Promote and sell retail merchandise.
  • Coordinate member services such as tanning and hydro-massage.
  • Process payments for member services in line with company policies.
  • Stay informed about club facilities, services, and schedules.
  • Keep the workspace tidy and organized.
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to all guidelines outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
Qualifications

  • Possess or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification.
  • Previous experience working with children is preferred.
  • Certifications as required by local or state regulations.
Physical Demands

  • Occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, bending, and squatting.
  • Ability to climb and hang decorations as needed.
