Amentum is actively seeking a Multimedia Systems Technician to contribute to an IT Managed Services initiative. This program encompasses a substantial workforce dedicated to providing comprehensive IT support, including Service Desk and Telecommunications assistance across various facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designated representatives to design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise-level video collaboration and conference facilities, ensuring secure and dependable audio and video conferencing with screen-sharing capabilities.
  • Deliver video production and editing services in both secure and non-secure settings, along with onsite support for live events in auditoriums.
  • Additionally, the role involves providing digital media streaming, editing, and conversion of audiovisual files for inclusion in online media environments, facilitating archival and retrieval for future access.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or GED coupled with two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience may be substituted for education and vice versa.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET (TS) or DOE Q Government Clearance, with US Citizenship required for clearance eligibility.
  • Provide end-user support and setup for video conferencing and associated equipment.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating both classified and unclassified video conferencing events.
  • Support secure video conferencing bridge and meeting setups within designated secure networks.
  • Facilitate training for video conferencing and collaboration systems, including Skype and Microsoft Teams.
  • Engage in planning, designing, and installing video conferencing and presentation systems for all secure and non-secure environments.
  • Oversee installation, support, and maintenance of video conferencing and audiovisual systems.
